Job Responsibilities

• Credit assessment of loan applications of SMEs, verification of financial information, identification of strengths and weaknesses as per lending guideline and regulations
• Ensuring loan application processing in line with pre-defined Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as external regulatory requirements during loan assessment
• Contributing in policy formulation and process development
• Operating in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) driven work environment with strong focus on productivity, loan book growth, Non-Performing Loan ratio and Portfolio at Risk ratio management
• Assisting the processing unit to ensure smooth lending operation at branch level
• Periodic analysis of default clients and identify learning and way-outs
• Dealing with audit team (internal, external & regulatory bodies) & fulfilling their queries
• Training & counseling activities for sales personnel at Branch Level

Educational Requirements

• BBA/MBA from any university with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 on a scale of 4.00

Additional Requirements

• Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Basic/Advanced function of Excel and PowerPoint)
• Programming skills (such as R, Python, etc.) will be considered as an added advantage
• Proficiency in English language
• Knowledge of Bangladesh’s financial products
• Clear understanding regarding socio-economic structures and demographic characters of the population
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Should have the ability to work under pressure
• Maintain Rapport with cross-functional teams
